Spotted Owlet @Tadoba

Gajanan Bhai told me that this owlet was residing opposite his place in Tadoba. When we went to see it we were lucky that the owl was looking out. Light was bad but managed to get a few images.

Nikon D7000,f/6.3,SS 1/640,ISO 1600,500mm. Cropped a bit to avoid distracting branches.

Lovely stare. Good details. The composition looks fine. I think a lower shutter speed would have sufficed here. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.

Nice stare. A bit brighter would have looked even better. May be slightly more depth of field would have helped. Were you shooting handheld or tripod?
