Rare sighting. Nice you got it looking towards you. Seems the focus is locked on the grass is background. Quite difficult to focus when there is grass in the foreground. Using manual focus would have helped. Thanks for sharing.

Nice sighting. It is not easy to get the jungle cat as most of the times due to its size, it remains hidden behind grass. This is a backlight situation, so the focus will lock on to the portion with high contrast. So using manual focus in these kinds of situations will give better results. Thanks for sharing.
