Seen at Pangot, this is a beautiful thrush that congregates in large flocks. They then babble among themselves in a most engaging and funny manner :)

Beautiful bird. This needs a bit more brightness as some of the dark areas in the bird like the head and body has lost details. How much of crop is this? Did you click this recently? Look forward to more birds from pangot. Thanks for sharing.

This is about a 15% crop...it was inside the tree canopy hence the darkness...did not get a chance to click it in good light. I heard the calls at another place, not at the place where I clicked this...so unfortunately could not record. This was shot in end March.
