Rhino close-up

[Mrudul Godbole]

Photographed in Kaziranga in April. We saw this rhino grazing and slowly it came quite near to us, so tried this close-up.

Canon 1D mark IV, Canon 100-400mm L IS USM, 1/40, f5.6, ISO 400, hand held, frame full.

The tuft of hair on the ear tips has come out well. I like the lines in the face. It gives it character. This has come out well despite the low shutter speed.
