I found a nice perspective while shooting a pair of Brown Hawk Owls in Thattekad. This one was hidden partially behind a leaf, but aware of my presence it peeped out exposing one of its huge eyeballs. It made me smile and I clicked away. Light was low.

Interesting composition. The eye does look quite big :). Liked the way you got it through the leaves. Thinking just a bit less space at the top would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

Nice perspective. Were you using a tripod? One stop further reducing the aperture would have been great.
Cheers,
