Shot this image in TIBET while trekking, can somebody tell me what Bird it is.

This is Black Necked Crane

139 cm. Large, whitish-grey crane. Black head and upper neck apart from whitish postocular patch and red crown patch. Black primaries and secondaries. Similar spp. Common Crane G. grus is smaller, has white stripe from behind eye extending down nape and black primaries, not secondaries. Red-crowned Crane G. japonensis has white primaries and more extensive white area behind eye. Voice Call is high-pitched and penetrating.

Good that you could see it. Lot of people have been trying to see this Black necked crane scientific name Grus nigricollis.
It seems you missed the focus a bit as the autofocus has picked the grass instead.
How far were they from you?

about 100 feet sabyasachi. this bird i sighted at the altitude of 16000 feet. also shot some bucks with white patch on the back with a small tail.
