The bird looks nice. I would like to see a wider composition. A narrow aperture like f8 would have brought out the details in the perch better. Thanks for sharing.

This is a close up image(Full frame),so the frame is tight for example http://www.indiawilds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12220.. A close up image is meant for more details in the subject than anything else...f/8 may not be possible in all lighting condition ( as evident from the exif)...
