Nice eye contact and catch light. As the bird is looking to the right, more space on the right and less on the left would be good. A lesser ISO would have sufficed here. Do check the AF point, is it locked on the left? Thanks for sharing.

Nice sighting. Is this a large crop? There are some sharpening artifacts on the bird. These smaller birds are agile, however they stop momentarily. One needs to click during that brief pause in movement to get a sharp image.
