What is vND? If you tell us about the processing, then we can offer any suggestions.

vND is variable neutral density filter, instead of nd8, nd 16 etc, you can set your filter to a density of your choice...

Some basic processing only, brightness, shadows/highlights, etc...

iso 100, shutter speed 4s, shutter priority....

Which brand are you using? Or are you using two filters on one another? My first impression of your image was that of an HDR (High dynamic range) attempt gone wrong.

not 2 nds, a single vnd...i think the image doesn't looks so good on sharpness is due to the fact that i'd to immerse my tripod in the flowing water, while i was sitting on the last small rock to get the full waterfall...so my tripod was not so steady...should had increased shutter speed...
