Luckily, the rains spared me half a day by not showing up on this outskirt of Bangalore, making it photography-friendly.
Pelicans here nest on small islands on the lake. Unfortunately, locals employed at a construction site close to the lake live right next to it and perform various activities like washing clothes and themselves, aiding in intensifying water pollution.

Thank you Mrudul. The lake was some place near jakkur, I'm not sure of the area's name.
I went through Kodigehalli to get to it.
