Nice eye contact. The lighting and the background is a bit difficult. Some more sharpness would have been good. Maybe using a higher shutter speed would have helped. Slight less space on the left for an off-centered composition would be good. Thanks for sharing.

Tough background. Eye contact is fine but the bird is not sharp. Using a narrow aperture like f8/f9 etc to get more of the background in focus would be better here.
