Rajan,yes this is crop.Because of gear limitation(250mm only).Thanks for suggesting, next time I will post with exif details.

Nice flight pose captured. As you said it is a crop, you could have kept some more space all around, that would have helped to retain more details. You can use the lesser focal length (250mm) to your advantage and try to create some environment compositions, displaying more of the habitat. Thanks for sharing.
