It is a challenge to picture a wagtail for it is always on the move and there is constant wagging of the tail. This is a beautiful picture under these tough circumstances.

The low DOF (Depth of field) and the slow shutter has resulted in the tail being out of focus or blurred due to the wagging. Increasing the ISO will give you some leverage of the aperture and the shutter speed.

A slightly off centered composition, with some space to the right would have enhanced this picture. Also a lower angle would have been a great one.

Nice eye contact and lovely details around the head, beak and eyes.
