Beige Beetle Jumper Rhene flavigera. A tiny spider, not more than half a centimeter long, usually found in leaf litter and small bushes. It gets its name from its appearance (at first glance) and slow movements which resemble those of a small beetle. This one is most probably a female.

Nice to see this species. Good details. I liked the patterns created by the leaf. Good eye contact. The area below the eyes is a bit dark, maybe slight +ve exposure would have helped (not sure maybe its my monitor). Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Mrudul. Parts of the image are indeed dark. Ideally this needed a higher EC and also greater DoF, but I was scared of losing shutter speed. :(
