Cute bird. As the light was low, you could have used a wider aperture like f6.3, with a lower ISO to get less noise in the image. A lower angle if possible would have been good. Moving just a bit more to the right to get the bird more parallel to the sensor would have strengthened the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

Nice shades of grey and the grey background kind of gives this an almost black and white effect. Agree with Mrudul on the points made.

Wonder if the other leg is tucked up or is a victim of one of the bird snares . . .
