Nilgiri Tahr - Wet and Wild

The wet and wild theme came to me while watching Bibhav's monsoon shot in Landscape section. I thought lets post some images created in monsoon.

This image of Nilgiri Tahr (Niligiritragus hylocrius) was created in Eravikulam a few days back. It was drizzling and we found three Nilgiri Tahr resting on the slope. This fellow got up to shake off the water.

Canon EOS 1D Mark II, Canon EF 28-135 lens, ISO 400, f8, 1/160 sec, EV: +1, full frame.

Udai,
Eravikulam in in Kerala in its Idduki district and closer to Munnar. You can go from Coimbatore - polacchi.
