Looks like you have cropped the image a lot. The correct name for the bird is 'Roseringed Parakeet'. 'Ringnecked Parakeet' was a misnomer introduced by American cage bird traders. This bird is a popular cage bird even in the US and they've bred them them in all weird mutations and you have completely navy blue and even bright yellow birds.

There is loss of details. Is this a big crop? I would have loved some more sharpness. F8 might have been better. Also, when you are using this big zoom, you need lot of stability. Look for some support to brace your camera while shooting.
