Nice sighting. Quite difficult to photograph them, as they are generally shy. The colours look nice. Good eye contact. Thanks for sharing.

Nice to see this colourful bird. How beautiful it is! The manmade element at the bottom of the frame is a bit of a disappointment and was not possible to avoid. A bit more contrast would be better here. Thanks for sharing.

Nicely done, these are incredibly difficult to photograph. This is the first time I have had a good look at the plumage. It so closely resembles that of the Tragopans :).

I have yet not visited Arunachal Pradesh and the fringes of Assam, would love to see temminck's tragopan. Are they as shy as painted spurfowls?

Lucky to have photographed this bird out in the open. Most times they just disappear after a glimpse. Seems the light was harsh too. Thanks for sharing.
