Nice eye contact. There seems to be some noise in the image. The branches are a bit distracting. Was it possible for you to avoid the horizontal branch?

Its quite difficult to get a good eye contact from an owl in day time :).

Eye contact is good. You have no control over the front branch. I agree that a bigger image will show us the details better.

that nice image, there is lot of noise visible in image... Did you tried noise reduction?
