Nice one. The head turn is a plus. The rufous tail of this species is visible from this angle. I would like a little more space at the top.
I was about to suggest correcting the ID to "rufous-tailed shrike" when I noticed they are one and the same i.e. Lanius isabellinus. The new/alternative nomenclature of birds often gets me confused :)... This is why it is always useful to include the scientific name.

Lovely image Divyang. The bg is perfectly diffused and the head turn, as Abhishek pointed out is nice. The catch light adds to the composition. The focus seems to be locked on the branch....Thanks for sharing.

Lovely sharp image.. Do you use ISO 500 as default?

@ Hyamakar, ISo was set at AUTO with max-800.
