Cinereous Vulture - in Corbett Tiger Reserve

The Cinereous Vulture is believed to be the largest true bird of prey in the world and can weigh upto 14 kgs.
This shot was taken in Bijrani Zone near ringora, the vulture was eyeing the kill of the tiger below the tree.
Nikon D700, Nikor 300mm F2.8 @ F/7.1, exposure 1/250 and ISO 200.

Nice sighting. Good perch. A vertical composition with slight more space at the top and bottom would also have worked here. The dry branches give a nice feel of the habitat. Thanks for sharing.
