This was photographed in Bangalore Outskirts,It was lovely Sunday morning and good to see these cute birds flying over the water in search of fish and making sounds.This was photographed when this guy failed to catch fish and came out from the water.

Nice moment captured. The upward wing stroke and the water droplets flying in the air looks nice. Agree some eye contact would have strengthened the composition further. Is this a crop? Thanks for sharing.

Mrudul: Yes it is cropped...

Murugan : That is not a trail caused by Moving boat... River tern was fishing that time, while fishing, it dived inside the water and came out of water... then it started it started flying...by that time that trail of water is formed....
