I spotted this again in Valley Park,Navi Mumbai. Slightly confused with the id, experts may confirm.

Agree with species murugan , distinguishing between sexes is difficult. Good eye contact but the focus seems off, image looks soft.

Rare sighting Murugan Saab. Is this a big crop ? as Roopak points out, the details seems lost.

The composition is pleasing and great eye contact. Great you could sight and picture this difficult to frame bird in the open.
