Canon 60D+100-400mm f5.6, fl400mm, iso100, 1/800s feb afternoon.The light and wind were both difficult to handle.The branch on which he was comfortably perched was swaying most violently in the wind.

Nice head turn and eye contact. I have seen similar conditions here in bangalore outskirts when I too tried to photograph this raptor. It was amazing to see how comfortably the bird balanced itself even with the strong wind. The composition looks nice. You captured it nicely in the given conditions. Thanks for sharing.
