Nice. Looks like a heavy-lift aircraft in flight, nice large wingspan, and winglets now being designed and added by human beings. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Nice pose showing the wing span. If im not wrong this place (yellandur) used to figure prominently in some kenneth andersons tales.

Kenneth Andersen made Bangalore his base and moved on his safari expeditions to now what has become fragmented wilderness of Karnataka and Andhra .Most of his writings pertain to adventures in the region of Bhadra namely Chikmaglur and Shimoga Tarikere etc...Yellandur was on our way from Bangalore to K-Gudi.

Was brought up on a staple diet of Kenneth Anderson. His writings were a virtual treasure trove for the natural history student. Because of his lucid style his natural history observations remains imprinted in the mind, and later on when I started visiting forests on my own, I could experience a number of these moments. Perhaps reading his books helped in anticipating some of these behaviour better.
