These little birds roosts in caves from dusk to dawn, use echo location in the dark to find their way,and cling to rough surfaces.All their four toes are directed forwards so they cannot perch like other birds.They have a bat like flight. Nice sighting. The light was bad, else using a narrower aperture would have helped to get more details in the bark. Agree a eye contact would have strengthened the composition further. Thanks for sharing the information.
