Honey Buzzard -Female?

Canon 60D 100-400mm ISO125 1/300s F/5.6 Bhadra Feb morning 2014.I found these birds perched in adjoining trees and assumed that they are male and female of the same species.Not very confident about the identification.Experts please confirm.

Im certainly no expert shymala but the ID is correct. this looks like an immature bird and not adult female.
