Honey Buzzard Juvenile:

'Honey-buzzard' is not a buzzard but a member of the Perninae, a group of mainly tropical and sub-tropical kites.
Wings held flat in soaring and long tail (typically held closed in gliding, but full and ’paddle’ shape when opened in soaring or foraging manoeuvres) is main factor to identify this bird in-flight.

Nice sighting of this big bird of prey. Photographing, can be a bit difficult as they usually perch on top of the trees, so the angle becomes steep.
