Nice head turn and eye contact. Placing the bird on the line of thirds, would have strengthened the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

I am particularly fond of watching these pied kingfishers. The eye contact here is fine. Moving the camera a bit more to our left would have been even better. The depth of field appears to be fine. Thanks for sharing.
