Like Elephants, this also seems to be the Roller season at Kabini. They were all over the place.

5D Mark III, 400 F4 DO, ISO 2000, 1/1250, F4, Bean Bag supported.

Lovely perch and eye contact. Good details and sharpness. Thinking placing it a bit lower in the frame would have strengthened the composition further. Any tiger or leopard sighting in Kabini? Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Shymala & Mrudul. Oh yes, you are right Mrudul, the lower quadrant on the rule of thirds would have worked better. Will try it out next time . . . Its the 3rd day here and we did sight two tigers which were quite far away today. No Leapords yet and keeping our fingers crossed.
