A colony of blue tail Bee-Eater:

Last day of our Corbett safari in Jhirina zone , spent lot of time with these beauties , they were in hundreds and flying , catching bee in air. Got an opportunity to saw them in different behavior pattern.
This particular one is seven Bee-eater in one frame looking in one direction.

Wow, awesome composition. It is difficult to expose on these birds due to the black streak that runs across their eyes. This one is quite well done.
cropping out the tree stump on the left would enhance this beautiful picture
