Pallid Harrier - female

At Tal Chhapar in Feb this year. I initially thought this was the eurasian marsh harrier. Turned out to be a female Pallid Harrier.

Nice eye contact, it seems to be looking right at you. Would have preferred a positive EV. Why does it appear slightly blurred even at 1/4000?

Abhishek, it was a hand held shot, hence the slight blur.
Mrudul - yes this is a 30% crop.
