Nice attempt. You could have moved to the right and a bit higher to get a better angle. There is a lot of space at the top, which could have accommodated more of the lizard/rock. The light seems to be coming from your right. For subjects like this, it is not easy to get the right angle in one attempt. You need to judge the angle of light and expect where the lizard will emerge, and position yourself accordingly.
Nice pose, adequate depth of field and nice smooth background.

Thanks Abhishekh for comments. Yes, This Lizard was sitting on a Rock of 5' height of my eye level. I took photographs in different angle in different light, the lizard was watching towards sky and sometimes towards me. The lizard was my best model for ever. It was looking towards me but don't want to disturb him. I was with my family but i don't want to miss the opportunity.
I want to take full body with rock, it was his back, when i was moving towards his facial direction its tail was missing back of rock and its head towards upward direction. Eye was not properly visible. Clouds are also disturbing me right exposure control.

Nice eye contact. The clean background adds to the composition. You could have placed it a bit more on the left with more space on the right, than the present centered composition. Thanks for sharing.
