While strolling around my in laws home i saw something move on the mango tree's trunk but was very difficult to spot from distance hence went close to see this lizard (with black spot on its back) looking around for prey to enjoy. Since i didnt have my camera I ran in and when I came back again I had to struggle to spot the beauty but finally after spotting it around the last spotted position I managed to get this shot. Was surprised to see the bluish green colour near its legs while using the flash

Very difficult to spot on the tree bark. An higher ISO would have helped to get more shutter speed. Has the AF point locked on the bark on the right? Please check. Good you could observe and photograph it. Thanks for sharing.

Interesting, the blue bit. It looks like a tree lizard, but which one?

The Urosaulus Ornatus, (http://www.discoverlife.org/20/q?search=Urosaurus+ornatus) mostly found in SW USA and Northern Mexico seems to have this blue underbelly. Related perhaps?

Pethaps the Cnemaspis otai.
