Canon60D+100-400mm F/8 1/640 ISO 320 Corbett evening April 2014.Very difficult to spot as its wing was akin in colour and shape to the leaves of this particular tree.

Nice eye contact. Seems the light was a bit harsh, so there are some dark areas on the right. You could have kept slight less space on the right and more on the left. Agree it can be very nicely camouflaged on this tree. Wish the angle was less steep. Thanks for sharing.

Nicely spotted. I agree with the previous comments. The head and eye look fine. The focus may be slightly ahead of the bird ie. on the branch below, nevertheless the depth of field seems to be ok. How much of a crop is this? Thanks for sharing.
