Had completely forgotten about introducing myself! Feels a bit awkward to do it now, after having been in touch for almost 5 months.:)
I live in Mumbai, and I'm currently in my 2nd year B.Sc. I'm 18 right now.
I've been passionate about wildlife since childhood... it started when I visited Kanha with my family (my parents are avid wildlife watchers too) when I was 6. I haven't gone to many WS's or NPs (I've been to Dandeli, Nagarhole, Eravikulam, Corbett, Binsar, Bhitarkanika and Similipal so far) but the interest in wildlife goes on... I'm interested in almost all kinds of animals, rigth from the tigers, leopards and gaurs, to birds, to marine life, to insects, right down to even the things you need a microscope to look at!!
Photography is something I started very recently, barely 4 months since I took it up seriously. My other interests are playing the guitar and keyboard and travelling to new places.
Unlikely to bump into most of you people since I rarely travel that far down south. Will try to post my photo nevertheless, soon. (Surprisingly there's not a single photo of myself in the PC. Will have to get one clicked on my next outing!!)

Thanks,
Bibhav, I'm not a real guitarIST yet, just learning. :)

Hey Abhishek,
Better late than never. :D

Good to hear more about you. I can see Bibhav already excited hearing the word guitar. I don't mind as long as both of you are not playing in the jungle. :D

Its tough to taste all the wildlife sanctuaries in India. You have already visited some good places. We don't find too many people who have gone to Bhitarkanika, Similipal, binsar.

Cheers,
Sabyasachi

Thanks for the "welcome" Sabyasachi...:D
Binsar is good for some Himalayan birds, didn't see many mammals there... Lovely forest though, I'm a fan of Himalayan forests, hardly been there though...
I went to Bhitarkanika and Similipal for a college zoology field trip. Didn't think much of those places first, but fell in love with them when we got there, especially Bhitarkanika and Chilika... Hope to visit those places again with my family...
