Looks cute. The whites are a little bit hot. After clicking you can check the image thumbnails in the back LCD. The overexposed areas will blink and if one has sufficient time then the exposure can be adjusted for the subsequent shot. Else, one needs to rely on exposure theories. I feel less space at the top and more at the bottom would have strengthened the composition. Thanks for sharing.

Nice composition. Good perch and eye contact. Its good that you have included the surroundings and not cropped them out. Nicely captured even with the low shutter speed.

P.S - Cant get tired to see these beautiful birds from the Himalayas :). Keep posting.
