It was often taken for granted that the L series lenses are a few notches higher in terms of quality and output when compared to these plastic builds, however with this EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM, Canon seems to have taken a first step in narrowing the perception gap. At just 240 grams in weight, this is a great travel companion with lightning quick autofocus, brilliant sharpness and amazing distortion control for this brilliant ultra wide zoom.
