Bird : ID Help Please

Photographer her in Maharashtra. Looks like somme kind of a paddy field Pippit, but am not sure.

This is a one year old picture when my Nikon 80-400 (old) lens wasn't so good. I eventually sold it and bough the new 80-400G which I love!

I feel it is a tree pipit. The image is not very clear so it is a bit difficult. You have any more images of this? Thanks for sharing.
