This fall will look better in afternoon light. In the morning you get shadows. Last time when I had gone there, I found barriers erected there which takes away a lot of the beauty. Lets hope they don't create the dam there.

I think the barricades are present all the time.Also I think the proposal was to create a Power generation station right underneath the waterfalls as the Peringalkuthu dam is already there upstream.
