Ahh Harihar,
Thats a nice image. I am a big fan of snake images. Hell, im a big fan of snakes. :)
I like the play of light and shadows. You got the eye lighted, that's a plus. The mound forms a diagonal composition which further adds to the image.

I tweaked your image a wee bit. let me know if you find it better. :)

1. I cropped out the dry leaf at the bottom. It was distracting as it was bright in the shadows and drew the eye to it.
2. Reduced the highlights a bit
3. Sharpened slightly...

Hi Hari,

Sharp. Nice composition. The re-post by Bibhav has certainly made it looked even better. Agree with the points he has mentioned.

Did it come out?Could you take any more photographs of him?

Good points already mentioned. I would also crop the hint of shadows on the top left corner.

Hi Bibhav,
U have made my Photograph definitely look better. Frankly none of my Photograhps have been touched by any editing whatsoever, i am just posting them as they were taken, would definitely like to learn more on how to improve the images.Got hundreds of photo's lying with me which i have been taking over the years.
I appreciate all the advice and critique i can get so i can improve my work.
Thanks and Regards,
Hari.
P.S
Will keep posting more of my photo's. Some of them will have a bit or alot of noise, but for me it has always been the moment, and as you know sometimes we dont have the luxury of time to focus when we have wildlife as our subjects.
cheers.
