Nice image. Its quite difficult to click this birds in flight. Liked the pose and the eye contact. Wish the light was better. Thanks for sharing.

Nice image , I wish you could have used higher shutter speed to freeze the moments. Very difficult these cuties to click in-flight. Looks like highly cropped. TFS

yea could have used much higher shutter speed..and its around 10% cropped..

The autofocus may take some time to lock into a small bird and that too if the selected AF point falls on it. Since these birds are pretty fast, prefocus always helps. It is much easier in situations where the bird is going to fly parallel to you.

Thanks for the suggestion.. I will remember it next time..This sunbird was surely not flying exactly parallel..it was on the tree and i captured it in little low light..
