Red Veined Darter?

Is that a red veined darter? This was photographed in October 2013 at Tansa Wildlife Sanctuary.

Nikon D800, 80-400 (old lens, not the new G) @ 400mm.

Lovely. I like the composition. There are lot of compression artifacts in the background as well as less details in the subject. I guess you uploaded a very small file.
