Caught up with this very busy beeeater at Okhla Bird park.
EOS 50D + 300F4+ 1.4XII at f5.6, 1/250, ISO 200, -0.3 step.

Dipankar,
You got a lovely moment. Bee in the beak is always nice. The overall image appears to be a bit dark and the eyes doesn't become prominent. So I opened up the image. Increased the brightness, and opened up the shadows and darks a bit. Am not entirely satisfied by the repost. You can achieve better results in your raw.

I would have loved a higher shutter speed here. Increasing the ISO to 400 would have helped.

Lovely action captured. Liked the streached pose and the bee is a bonus. The repost is looking better. The BG nicely compliments with the bird.

Agree with Sabyasachi's re-post and as he says you can get a better result using your RAW file. I always find bee-eaters a nightmare to photograph because of the dark eye-stripe.

Nice colour theme. You can open up the shadows and push the saturation a bit in my opinion.
