When words fail to convey & language holds no meaning, it is better to leave it to the eyes...

Nice perch and good eye contact. The details look fine. Composition wise you could have waited for it to look to the other side, so the space on the left would have added to the composition. Thanks for sharing.

Why high ISO and 1/2000 shutter speed for a stationary bird? How much of a crop is this?
Cheers,
Sabyasachi

i was shooting handheld, so high shutter speed to avoid any kind of softness, i don't know how to calculate crop percentage, original it was 5184*3456, this one 4500*3000....

To calculate the Crop percentage:

Original image size in pixels: A*B
Cropped image size: a*b
Percentage Crop= {(Original image -cropped image)/Original image}*100 = {(A*B-a*b)/(A*B)}*100
For 7D the original image size = 5184x3456

Assuming that you have cropped it exactly to 4500*3000
Now the crop percentage is = {[(5184x3456)-(4500x3000)]/(5184x3456)} =24.6%

Which means y24.6% of the image has been thrown away
