Dear Friends,

Just processed one of the pictures from Oct. 2013. It was interesting to see these two species of a family feeding on same plant in Yeoor.

Canon550D, 18-135mm Lens, FL 135mm, Tv : 1/160, Av : f/5.6, ISO 100, Minor 10% crop from bottom. PP in LR5.

Nice scene. There is bright portion at the bottom right corner. So the butterfly at the bottom doesn't have much of contrast due to the flare. Holding a shade at that corner would have helped. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,

Nice to see two butterflies perched on the same branch. To avoid the bright spot on the right, you could have tried moving the camera more to the left. The clean background looks nice. Thanks for sharing.

Agree this is a very nice scene. There are some bright highlights from this angle that distract the viewer. Was it possible to shoot from the other side?

Thanks Sabyasachi Da, Abhishek & Mrudul for suggestions. Its an old shot & don't clearly remember the shooting conditions. It was mostly sun reflecting on water sprinkled on other side, on ground & plants.

Agree, bright patch is a distraction & should have found a way to avoid it.
