There are some slightly distracting FG elements, but the orange eye still draws sufficient attention to the bird. Nice image.

You could crop it more from top-left corner.
Nice eye contact. Anyways, about FG things, not always possible to avoid them.
More sharpening would help further.

Nice image mrudul. i think Sabyasachi had posted an image of the same in a vertical. Lovely well lit eye. Agree abt sharpening...
