Was it cloudy when you clicked? We often see this bird hiding behind the vegetation, so good to see it in open. The red eye looks nice. Some more details on the bird would have been nice. How much of a crop is this? Thanks for sharing.

Mrudul & Sabyasachi : yes this was captured in the morning around 7.15, there was little mist and i forgot to bump up ISO due to that shutter speed was very less....
