The bronze-winged jacana belongs to group of waders. They are identifiable by their huge feet and claws which enable them to walk on floating vegetation in the shallow lakes that are their preferred habitat.
The pic has been taken in Nawabganj bird sanctuary, Uttar Pradesh. The lighting conditions were pretty harsh due to overhead sun.

A very colourful bird. Seems there was a slight movement. A higher ISO like 200 would have given more shutter speed and helped to freeze the movement. Its better to photograph early morning or late afternoon to get better colours and details. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Mrudul. Also, if it is a large crop then that can also impact the sharpness and details in the image. If you are not using a tripod or monopod, then correct handholding technique or use of any available support will also help in increasing sharpness.
