This is an insectivorous bird which inhabits open country near water bodies. It nests in tussocks, laying 4-8 speckled eggs. This picture was taken in Nawabganj Bird Sanctuary, Uttar Pradesh.

A nice postcard image. The clean background looks good. A slight head turn would have enhanced the eye contact further. Thanks for sharing.

Any processing done on the background? The image looks a bit soft with the head getting blurred. It is a small bird so not often easy to get it in full frame. Some stalking skills and a bit of patience can get near full frame images. Thanks for sharing.
